Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Your item must be in its original package, unused, and in new condition to be refunded unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Shipping fee's are never refundable and deducted from the refunded amount. All items are subject to a $10.00 restocking fee. Once your returned item is received it will be inspected by our quality team, we will then notify you by email with an approval or a rejection of your return. Buyer's are responsible for the return shipping fee. 

What is the policy and exceptions to return items?

  • Items cannot be returned if they are opened.

  • Merchandise that has been opened, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.

  • Any discounted item is considered a final sale. If it is a final sale, no returns or exchanges are accepted.

  • Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return or refund. 

  • Prior to shipping your item for return communicate with our staff to confirm your item will be accepted, provide our staff with your tracking number.  

 

What is a Restocking Fee?

All items are subject to a $10.00 restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid or we paid for your order.  

Is there any Cancellation Policy?

Prior to shipping, your order can be canceled at no cost to you. Once your order has shipped a canceled order will be subject to the same conditions as a returned order. You will incur all freight costs and a restocking fee of $10.00.

What is your exchange policy?

We do not accept exchanges at this time unless defective. If you wish to replace your items, please submit a return request and reorder the items you wish to receive.

What is the policy and exceptions to return defective items?

  • items empty or 1/2 empty cannot be returned. 

  • Items with batch numbers that do match inventory stock at time of order cannot be returned. 

  • Items that cause allergic reactions on skin sensitivities cannot be returned, this is not a manufacture defect. 

Defective items are rare and will be considered for return only if our quality team finds the same defect consistent with the claims made. Photo's and proof of defect will be required prior to shipping the items back to us.  Buyers must notify us immediately upon delivery of any defects. Defective items will not be considered for return after 30 days of purchase. 

All our shipments are weighted and checked twice by our quality team for accuracy. All shortages must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Replacement items will be shipped out only if our quality team finds our shipping weight to be less than the weight of the products ordered. If the weight matches or is higher the claim will be rejected.
